This Giveaway shall be subject at all times to the Official Rules (“Official Rules”), made available  here .  Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Official Rules.  Where these Specific Rules differ from the Official Rules, these Specific Rules will control unless expressly stated to the contrary in the Official Rules.

Eligible Winner will receive the 2025 Toyota 4Runner i-Force Max TRD Off Road (the “Prize”) or $52,000 USD paid in monthly installments as described in the Official Rules (the “Cash Alternative”).

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Who's Eligible:

Open to U.S. and Canadian residents (void in Quebec). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence), and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) to enter the Giveaway and win the Prize. The Giveaway is expressly void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain Prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win a Prize. Notwithstanding the above, IN A GIVEAWAY INVOLVING A MOTOR VEHICLE AS THE DEFINED PRIZE ABOVE, THAT MOTOR VEHICLE MAY ONLY BE AWARDED TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES.  ANY WINNER OF SUCH A GIVEAWAY WHO IS NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MAY RECEIVE EITHER A COMPARABLE VEHICLE PURCHASED IN THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE (IF ONE IS AVAILABLE) OR THE CASH ALTERNATIVE. FOR PURPOSES OF THESE SPECIFIC RULES, A “COMPARABLE VEHICLE” IS A VEHICLE OF THE SAME MAKE, MODEL, AND YEAR OF THE PRIZE ABOVE, OF EQUAL OR LESSER MSRP IN U.S. DOLLARS.  THE CASH ALTERNATIVE WILL BE PAID IN U.S. DOLLARS ONLY. ONE COUNTRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FLUCTUATION IN EXCHANGE RATES SHOULD THE WINNER CHOOSE TO CONVERT THE CASH ALTERNATIVE TO ANOTHER CURRENCY.

Individuals may not receive more than one Major Prize and more than one Minor Prize (excluding weekly Giveaways) in any One Country Giveaway within the same twelve (12) month period.

How to Enter:

Visit  www.onecountry.com  and/or the One Country mobile application to utilize any of the available methods of entry:

1. Membership.  If you become a One Country member, in addition to receiving your member benefits such as exclusive radio and other media content, you will receive a number of entries each month of your membership. 
2. Merchandise Fee.  You can receive a certain number of entries by purchasing merchandise from the Site, subject to the restrictions in our Refund Policy.
3. Content.  You can receive a certain number of entries by providing certain written or other content to us that we request.
4. Free Alternative Method of Entry.  You can alternatively receive an equal number of entries by using our free mail-in method (the “Free Mail-in”). In order to use the Free Mail-In to gain entries in a Giveaway, you must: (a) go to the applicable Giveaway Page for the Giveaway that you wish to enter; (b) then scroll down to the “Legal Information” section of that Giveaway Page; (c) then click on the “Free Alternative method of entry" link located on the Giveaway Page; and (d) fill out and print the free alternative method of entry form prior to the applicable Giveaway Deadline to Enter, which is set forth on the Giveaway Page. Insert the printed entry form in a standard-sized envelope, including your hand-written return address (including your first and last name) and our mailing address of: 5414 W. Pinnacle Pointe Dr, Suite 100, Rogers, AR 72758 and mail your completed entry using proper postage. Each mail-in entry will receive 300 entries into the specific giveaway described on the form. Each entry form valid for entry into only 1 (one) specific giveaway. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the giveaway’s “Deadline to Enter” as described in this “Legal Information” section and received by close of business 4 (four) days after the “Deadline to Enter.” Each envelope must be mailed individually and bulk shipments will not be accepted and will be destroyed. All mail-in entries must be original with no photocopies or reproductions of any kind will be accepted. To be considered a valid entry, all mail-in entries must include the following: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (d) telephone number; and (e) any other information requested on the Promotion entry form (collectively “Portal Registration Data”). Entrants are permitted to enter using the Free Alternative Method of Entry using the Free Mail-In up to 20 times per month.

Selection Process:

Potential Prize winners (“Winners”) will be chosen through a random selection process conducted by One Country. Once a potential Winner has been notified and responds (see “Winner Notification” below), a verification process will take place during which each potential Winner will be required to execute a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and, where so required, return such Affidavit within five (5) days following attempted notification. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.  Please see the Official Rules for additional information regarding background checks.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase, payment and/or contribution will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Winner Notification:

All potential Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or via phone at the phone number provided during registration, provided we have received your appropriate consent. In the event that the initially selected potential Winner does not respond to One Country's notification or does not accept the Prize within five (5) calendar days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Potential Winners residing in Canada (excluding Quebec where the Giveaway is void) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible for the Prize. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fail(s) to respond as stated above, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the applicable Prize(s) and One Country will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If an alternate winner similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize, One Country will make three (3) attempts to award the Prize to a third alternate, but if it is unable to do so, the Prize will be finally forfeited, and One Country shall have no further liability in connection with awarding the Prizes for this Giveaway.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period but can be determined by dividing the number of Prizes by the number of valid entries received and multiplying the result by one hundred (100).
