What is One Country?
We like to say this is where country comes together to bring you exclusive content, the biggest giveaways, and one-of-a-kind products from some of your favorite names in country and southern lifestyle delivered in the 1C App. Members get auto entered into all giveaways throughout their membership. Aside from other member perks in the app, they also receive a ā€œvolunteer challengeā€ every month in their inbox that highlights a non-profit opportunity or simple act of service they can participate in to earn additional entries; taking a chance on their life changing, all while making a difference in the life of another.
WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF BEING A MEMBER?
Where do we begin? 1. Exclusive content and perks within the 1C App. 2. Automatic monthly entry into our giveaways every month! Might be $1,000,000, a new car, weekend trips or a new laptop. 3. The exclusive opportunity to earn additional entries into giveaways through our 1C Challenges delivered to your inbox every month. Itā€™s an easy way to give back in your community and be rewarded for it! 4. You receive monthly discounts to some of our favorite brands on the 1C Shop.
Is One Country a non-profit organization?
No, we are not. We like to say we are for-profit and for good! We believe for-profit companies also have a responsibility in giving back and thatā€™s what we do. We highlight different non-profits we donate to throughout the year, but also partner with artists and celebrities to support everyday heroes throughout our country.
HOW DO I ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A GIVEAWAY?
If you want to experience other perks and kick back while we handle your monthly auto entry, we encourage you to become a member. Another option includes purchasing merchandise which gives you some great One Country exclusive designs and also a designated number of entries into only the selected giveaway. Both of these options are included on each product page. You may also choose to utilize our free Alternate Method of Entry, as found with an entry link in each giveaway's page. I THOUGHT GIVEAWAYS WERE FREE?
To enter they are! But our membership is not. Aside from all of the membership perks within the app, one benefit is you are auto entered into each giveaway every month. You can sign up for free every day using the Alternate Method of Entry, but our members just get the perk of auto entry into each current giveaway that month.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ENTER A GIVEAWAY?
You must be 18 years of age to enter any giveaway at One Country.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE TO ENTER A GIVEAWAY?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE DEADLINE TO ENTER EACH GIVEAWAY?
You can find all details about deadlines to enter and when weā€™ll be selecting winners on each giveaway page under ā€œLegal Information."
HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?
Our winners are chosen through a random selection process. Random selection allows each entrant equal probability of winning and completely eliminates bias. Once the winner is selected, that individual is contacted by our team at the email and phone (if phone number is provided) given at sign up. Our selection process is executed in house and documented. Why not outsource the selection process? Because we saw McMillions on Netflix (check it out) and donā€™t want something like that to happen. And if you are curious if we have ever known anyone personally who has won a giveaway, the answer is no. Friends and family of any employed individual are disqualified.
How do I know if I won a giveaway?
Winners will be notified at the email address provided through your giveaway entry shortly after the giveaway entry period closes. They must then agree to accept their prize by the deadline date (to be indicated in our initial contact) and have their eligibility to win confirmed in order to be named an official winner.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Currently, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support teamĀ (support@onecountry.com), andĀ they can help you make any needed changes. If you would like full access to all of your entries, current giveaways and winners, and so much more, check out our brand new account experience!
HOW DO I USE MY ENTRIES?
Your entries are automatically entered for you every month! For example, if you purchased a $15/month membership for 300 entries,you automatically get 300 entries added into every single giveaway, every month. What if the giveaway runs for 3 months? That means you will have 900 entries accumulated by the time we select a winner! Check your account to see the magic at work.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can reach out to our Customer Support team at support@onecountry.com with your name, email, and the desired modification of your membership. Requests will be processed Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
HOW DO IĀ CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ON GIVEAWAY PURCHASES?
All giveaway purchases are final and non-refundable.
HOW DO I COMPLETE A 1C CHALLENGE?
Download the 1C App and watch the challenge video to completion and accept the challenge. You will then be able to upload a photo or video as proof of your challenge completion. Valid submitters will then receive their additional entries which can then be easily viewed in the 1C app!
