Refund Policy

  1. THIS REFUND POLICY (“POLICY”) CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY, ALONG WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, SUBSCRIPTION POLICY, AND TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH ALSO APPLY TO YOU AND WHICH PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO THIS POLICY. CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANINGS ASCRIBED TO THEM IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Except for any Products designated on the Sites as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of Products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such Products are returned in their original condition. To return Products, you must email merch@onecountry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless the item is incorrect or defective. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty (see “The Products” section in the Terms of Service) included with the Product or as detailed in the Product's description on our Site.

  1. Regarding contest entries, any revisions or refunds to orders containing digital entries must be made prior to the close of the promotional period listed in the relevant Rules. If you purchase digital products from us, you are beholden to the dates listed in the relevant Rules. We cannot and will not make adjustments after the close of the promotional period. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED OR PROCESSED (IN CASE OF A SUBSCRIPTION), YOUR GIVEAWAY ENTRIES ARE AUTOMATICALLY AND IMMEDIATELY VALIDATED AND NEITHER YOUR ENTRIES NOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CAN BE WITHDRAWN. WE CANNOT TAMPER WITH THE GIVEAWAY ENTRIES. ANY CREDIT CARD DISPUTES OR CHARGE BACKS FILED AFTER THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD HAS ENDED ARE A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE RELEVANT RULES AND WILL BE CONSIDERED FRAUD AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED PRIOR TO THE DRAWING OF A POTENTIAL WINNER FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN THE PRODUCT BEING DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED, ANY ENTRIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OF THAT PRODUCT WILL BE VOIDED.  PLEASE SEE OUR SUBSCRIPTION POLICY FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS REGARDING TERMINATION OF AUTO-RENEWALS AND SERVICE REFUNDS.

  1. THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY ONE COUNTRY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE AT ANY TIME, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. ANY CHANGES TO THIS POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT AS OF THE "LAST UPDATED DATE" REFERENCED AT THE TOP OF THIS POLICY; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ANY AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION TO THIS POLICY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED PRIOR TO THE APPLICABLE AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION. YOU SHOULD REVIEW THIS POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT THAT IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SITE. YOUR CONTINUED SUBSCRIPTION TO A SERVICE AFTER THE "LAST UPDATED DATE" WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO SUCH CHANGES.
