Prize Provider(s): Live Nation ("Live Nation") and One Country (together, the "Prize Providers")

This Giveaway shall be subject at all times to the Official Rules (“Official Rules”), made available  here .  Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Official Rules.  Where these Specific Rules differ from the Official Rules, these Specific Rules will control unless expressly stated to the contrary in the Official Rules.

Details:

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase, payment and/or contribution will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligible Winner will receive: One (1) WE Fest Flyaway Experience Prize (“Prize”), which will consist of:

1. Two (2) VIP Reserved Seating tickets to WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, MN, taking place August 4–7, 2027, (the “Event”); (provided by Live Nation)
2. Two (2) Meet & Greet passes for one (1) artist performing at the Event, subject to artist availability; (provided by Live Nation)
3. One (1) VIP camping spot with electric hookup for a four (4) night stay during the Event; (provided by Live Nation)
4. One (1) Outdoorsy luxury camper rental, consisting of a camper van (Sprinter or similar) or Class C camper, for a four (4) night stay during the Event, subject to availability; and Round-trip airfare for two (2) persons to/from an airport serving the Detroit Lakes, MN area. (provided by One Country)

There is no Cash Alternative for the Prize.

Giveaway Start Date: November 2, 2026

Deadline to Enter: 11:59 p.m. CST on May 1, 2027

Winner Announced: On or about May 30, 2027

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $3,500 USD. Actual ARV may vary depending on point of departure. Any difference between the actual and ARV will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Who's Eligible:

Open to U.S. and Canadian residents (void in Quebec). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence), and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) to enter the Giveaway and win the Prize. The Giveaway is expressly void in Louisiana, Michigan, Guam, Quebec, Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain Prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win a Prize.

Individuals may not receive more than one Major Prize and more than one Minor Prize (excluding weekly Giveaways) in any One Country Giveaway within the same twelve (12) month period.

How to Enter:

Visit  www.onecountry.com  and/or the One Country mobile application to utilize any of the available methods of entry:

1. Membership.  If you become a One Country member, in addition to receiving your member benefits such as exclusive radio and other media content, you will receive a number of entries each month of your membership. 
2. Merchandise Fee.  You can receive a certain number of entries by purchasing merchandise from the Site, subject to the restrictions in our Refund Policy.
3. Content.  You can receive a certain number of entries by providing certain written or other content to us that we request.
4. Free Alternative Method of Entry.  You can alternatively receive an equal number of entries by using our free mail-in method (the “Free Mail-in”). In order to use the Free Mail-In to gain entries in a Giveaway, you must: (a) go to the applicable Giveaway Page for the Giveaway that you wish to enter; (b) then scroll down to the “Legal Information” section of that Giveaway Page; (c) then click on the “Free Alternative method of entry" link located on the Giveaway Page; and (d) fill out and print the free alternative method of entry form prior to the applicable Giveaway Deadline to Enter, which is set forth on the Giveaway Page. Insert the printed entry form in a standard-sized envelope, including your hand-written return address (including your first and last name) and our mailing address of: 5414 W. Pinnacle Pointe Dr, Suite 100, Rogers, AR 72758 and mail your completed entry using proper postage. Each mail-in entry will receive 300 entries into the specific giveaway described on the form. Each entry form valid for entry into only 1 (one) specific giveaway. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the giveaway’s “Deadline to Enter” as described in this “Legal Information” section and received by close of business 4 (four) days after the “Deadline to Enter.” Each envelope must be mailed individually and bulk shipments will not be accepted and will be destroyed. All mail-in entries must be original with no photocopies or reproductions of any kind will be accepted. To be considered a valid entry, all mail-in entries must include the following: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (d) telephone number; and (e) any other information requested on the Promotion entry form (collectively “Portal Registration Data”). Entrants are permitted to enter using the Free Alternative Method of Entry using the Free Mail-In up to 20 times per month.

Selection Process:

Potential Prize winners (“Winners”) will be chosen through a random selection process conducted by One Country. Once a potential Winner has been notified and responds (see “Winner Notification” below), a verification process will take place during which each potential Winner will be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Statement”) and, where so required, return such Statement within five (5) days following attempted notification. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.  Please see the Official Rules for additional information regarding background checks.

Winner Notification:

All potential Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or via phone at the phone number provided during registration, provided we have received your appropriate consent. In the event that the initially selected potential Winner does not respond to One Country's notification or does not accept the Prize within five (5) calendar days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Potential Winners residing in Canada (excluding Quebec where the Giveaway is void) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible for the Prize. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fail(s) to respond as stated above, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the applicable Prize(s) and One Country will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If an alternate winner similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize, One Country will make three (3) attempts to award the Prize to a third alternate, but if it is unable to do so, the Prize will be finally forfeited, and One Country shall have no further liability in connection with awarding the Prizes for this Giveaway.

Trip Details:

Two (2) VIP Reserved Seating tickets to WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, MN on August 4–7, 2027 (the “Event”); two (2) Meet & Greet passes for one (1) artist performing at the Event, subject to artist availability; one (1) VIP camping spot with electric hookup for a four (4) night stay; one (1) Outdoorsy luxury camper rental, consisting of a camper van (Sprinter or similar) or Class C camper, subject to availability, for the same four (4) night stay; and round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near Prize Winner’s home within the eligible United States or Canada to a major airport serving the Event. Selection of airline, airports, flight itinerary, artist for the Meet & Greet, campsite, camper rental, and seat assignments is at the discretion of the Prize Provider and applicable airline, Event, campground, and rental personnel, subject to availability. No specific artist, camper make or model, or seat location is guaranteed. Winner and guest must depart on August 4, 2027, and return on August 8, 2027. The campsite and camper rental include four (4) consecutive nights, with check-in on August 4, 2027, and check-out on August 8, 2027, at the times designated by the campground and rental provider. No alternate travel dates are available. If Winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the specified dates, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner in accordance with these Rules. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to provide round-trip ground transportation in lieu of airfare if Winner resides within two hundred (200) miles of the Event venue. Any difference in value resulting from such substitution will not be awarded. Accommodations consist solely of the campsite and camper rental described herein. No hotel accommodations are included. The Prize Provider will reserve and pay the base camper rental charge for the four (4) night rental period and designate a pickup and return location. Winner is solely responsible for arranging and completing camper pickup, transportation, campsite setup, breakdown, and timely return. Delivery, setup, collection, and all transportation between the airport, rental location, and campsite are not included. Any such services elected or required by Winner must be arranged and paid for by Winner. Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry and must satisfy all applicable rental provider eligibility requirements. Winner and any additional authorized driver must possess a valid driver’s license accepted by the rental provider and satisfy its driver approval requirements. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for all insurance or protection coverage required by the rental provider, including providing proof of coverage where required. No insurance or protection coverage is included in the Prize. Winner must provide a valid credit card in Winner’s name for any required security deposit, authorization hold, and incidental charges. The amount and refund conditions of any deposit or hold are determined by the rental provider under its rental agreement. Except for the base rental charge paid by the Prize Provider, all camper-related costs are Winner’s responsibility, including applicable rental taxes and fees, insurance or protection charges, additional-driver fees, fuel, mileage charges, generator charges, tolls, parking, cleaning, waste disposal, late-return fees, and any delivery, setup, or collection services. Any mileage or generator allowance included in the selected rental provider’s base rate is governed by the rental agreement; no separate allowance is provided by the Prize Provider. Winner is responsible for reviewing and complying with the rental agreement, securing required coverage, and satisfying all payment and deposit requirements before pickup. Winner is responsible for damage, loss, deductibles, and other charges assessed under the rental agreement to the extent not covered by applicable insurance or protection. Failure to satisfy rental requirements may result in forfeiture of the camper component without cash compensation, subject to applicable law and the Official Rules. All other expenses not expressly included in the Prize, including meals, baggage fees, personal purchases, and incidental expenses, are solely Winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable venue, campground, rental provider, and airline policies. The Prize Provider reserves the right to revoke all or part of the Prize if Winner or guest violates applicable law or any applicable venue, campground, rental, or safety policy, or presents a safety risk. A minor may accompany Winner as a travel guest only if Winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian and participation is permitted by the Event, campground, and rental provider. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout the trip. Winner and guest, or the guest’s parent or legal guardian where applicable, must execute all required travel releases before travel is booked. Winner must execute all required rental documents before camper pickup. Winner and guest must possess all identification, passports, visas, and other documents required for their citizenship and itinerary, including entry into the United States, as applicable. Winner and guest must comply with applicable airline, public health, and government requirements in effect at the time of travel and the Event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, additional expenses arising from their failure to satisfy such requirements, including changes to travel, campsite, or camper rental arrangements, are Winner’s responsibility. Winner acknowledges that travel, operation and use of a camper, camping, and attendance at public events involve inherent risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Prize Provider is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays, missed flights, or Winner’s or guest’s inability to travel due to missing documentation, failure to satisfy applicable requirements, or their own acts or omissions. Any Prize component voluntarily declined or left unused has no cash value, and no compensation will be provided for that component. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By accepting Event tickets, Winner and guest agree to the applicable ticket terms, the Prize Provider’s Terms of Use, and venue policies in effect at the time of the Event. Should the Event be canceled, Winner will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Cancellation, postponement, or substitution will be handled in accordance with the Official Rules and applicable law. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500 USD), consisting of the Event tickets, Meet & Greet passes, four (4) night VIP campsite, base camper rental charge for four (4) nights, and round-trip airfare for two (2). Actual value may vary depending on Winner’s point of departure, airfare, rental rates, and availability at booking. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period but can be determined by dividing the number of Prizes by the number of valid entries received and multiplying the result by one hundred (100).
