Prize Provider(s): Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (the "Live Nation") and One Country (the "Prize Provider")

This Giveaway shall be subject at all times to the Official Rules (“Official Rules”), made available  here .  Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Official Rules.  Where these Specific Rules differ from the Official Rules, these Specific Rules will control unless expressly stated to the contrary in the Official Rules.

Details:

One (1) Eligible Winner will receive: One (1) Thomas Rhett The Soundtrack to Life Flyaway Experience Prize (the “Prize”), which will consist of:

1. Round-trip airfare for two (2) persons to Dallas, TX to see Thomas Rhett at the American Airlines Center on Friday, September 18, 2026 (the “Prize”); (provided by One Country)
2. One (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for a two (2) night stay in Dallas, TX area; (provided by Live Nation)
3. Two (2) VIP tickets to attend the Show; (provided by Live Nation)
4. Two (2) merchandise bags; (provided by Live Nation)
5. Exclusive meet and greet with Thomas Rhett for Winner and guest; (provided by Live Nation)

One (1) Winner for aggregate total of two (2) Show attendees including guests.

There is no Cash Alternative for the Prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $2,500 USD. Actual ARV may vary depending on point of departure. Any difference between the actual and ARV will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Who's Eligible:

Open to U.S. and Canadian residents (void in Quebec). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence), and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) to enter the Giveaway and win the Prize. The Giveaway is expressly void in Louisiana, Michigan, Guam, Quebec, Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain Prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win a Prize.

Individuals may not receive more than one Major Prize and more than one Minor Prize (excluding weekly Giveaways) in any One Country Giveaway within the same twelve (12) month period.

   You may receive entries into this Giveaway by submitting written content, stories, photos, videos, testimonials, or other materials requested by Sponsor through the applicable Giveaway page, One Country website, or One Country mobile application (each, a “Content Submission”).  For example, Sponsor may ask entrants to share why they are a fan of a particular artist, why they should be selected for a specific experience, or to submit a personal story related to the promotion. Required fields may include your name, email address, phone number, written response, and any additional optional information requested by Sponsor, such as social media handles.  Each eligible Content Submission that complies with these Official Rules and the instructions provided on the applicable Giveaway page may receive a designated number of entries into the applicable Giveaway, as stated on the Giveaway page. Content Submissions must be original, truthful, and submitted by the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Content Submission that is incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand standards or these Official Rules.  By submitting a Content Submission, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted content, including entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and submitted materials, for promotional, marketing, advertising, and business purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Content submissions are not judged on artistic merit or commercial value and have no required market value. Submission quality does not impact odds of winning. 

Selection Process:

Potential Prize winners (“Winners”) will be chosen through a random selection process conducted by One Country. Once a potential Winner has been notified and responds (see “Winner Notification” below), a verification process will take place during which each potential Winner will be required to execute a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and, where so required, return such Affidavit within five (5) days following attempted notification. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.  Please see the Official Rules for additional information regarding background checks.

Winner Notification:

All potential Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or via phone at the phone number provided during registration, provided we have received your appropriate consent. In the event that the initially selected potential Winner does not respond to One Country's notification or does not accept the Prize within two (2) calendar days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Potential Winners residing in Canada (excluding Quebec where the Giveaway is void) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible for the Prize. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fail(s) to respond as stated above, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the applicable Prize(s) and One Country will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If an alternate winner similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize, One Country will make three (3) attempts to award the Prize to a third alternate, but if it is unable to do so, the Prize will be finally forfeited, and One Country shall have no further liability in connection with awarding the Prizes for this Giveaway.

Trip Details:

Two (2) VIP tickets to see Thomas Rhett at the American Airlines Center on September 18, 2026; round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the Show; and one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days near the Show. Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of the Prize Provider, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. The Prize Provider reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from concert venue. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. The Prize Provider reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring the Prize Provider into disrepute. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert; no alternate travel dates are available. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. The Prize Provider shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel or hotel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and attending events open to the general public, and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.  The Prize Provider is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. The Prize Provider is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of the Prize Provider. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming event tickets, Winner agrees to the Prize Provider’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled, Winner will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.  Approximate retail value of the Prize is: Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500), depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare and hotel fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period but can be determined by dividing the number of Prizes by the number of valid entries received and multiplying the result by one hundred (100).
