Eligibility
Entrants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C., and at least 18 years old to be eligible to enter and to win. Entry is subject to all local laws. See our Giveaway Official Rules for more details. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Providers, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win. Individuals may not receive more than one major/grand prize and one minor prize within the same eighteen (18) month period.

Selection Process
Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by One Country. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on the given dates. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.
Trip Details
From One Country
Two (2) round trip, economy class air transportation tickets from the major airport nearest the prize winner’s home within the U.S. to a major airport in the greater New York, NY area with selection of airline at discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from event venue. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed event and return the day following the event; no alternate travel dates are available. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. Sponsor shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and attending events open to the general public, and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused airfare will remain the property of the Sponsor.

Two (2) PBR “Gold Elite Experience” seats tickets to the PBR: Unleash the Beast event at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY scheduled to take place on January 5, 2024. “Gold Elite Experience” to include:

• Personal on-site concierge at the PBRewards Booth located on the concourse

Tickets are subject to age restrictions. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. PBR reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring PRB into disrepute. Minors must be accompanied at all times during the event by minor’s parent or legal guardian. PBR shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements at the event which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending events open to the general public, and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. By claiming event tickets, you agree to PBR’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
From MSG
One (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days; two (2) tickets for one (1) tour of the Empire State Building; and two (2) tickets for one (1) sightseeing tour of New York City, all during travel related to this giveaway. Tickets are subject to age restrictions. Any selection of tour times, after consultation with the Winner, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of MSG and/or hotel or tour personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. MSG reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring MSG into disrepute. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package and a valid credit card must be received (a private credit card authorization link will be provided) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
