This Giveaway shall be subject at all times to the Official Rules (“Official Rules”), made available  here .  Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Official Rules.  Where these Specific Rules differ from the Official Rules, these Specific Rules will control unless expressly stated to the contrary in the Official Rules.

Eligible Winner will receive: One (1) Dierks Bentley Flyaway Experience Prize (“Prize”), which will consist of:

1. Round-trip airfare for two (2) persons to attend the Dierks Bentley’s Off The Map Tour in Charleston, SC on Friday, July 17, 2026, arriving on Thursday, July 16, 2026, and departing on Saturday, July 18, 2026 (the “Event”); (provided by One Country)
2. One (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for a Two (2) night stay in the Charleston, SC area; (provided by One Country)
3. Two (2) tickets to Dierks Bentley’s Off The Map Tour in Charleston, SC on July 17, 2026 (the “Event”) (provided by One Country)
4. Two (2) Meet and Greets with Dierks Bentley (provided by One Country) (Meet & greet subject to artist availability)
5. Two (2) Dierks Bentley Off The Map Tour Merch Bundles (provided by One Country)
6. One (1) $500 Visa Gift Card (provided by One Country)

There is no Cash Alternative for the Prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $3,500 USD. Actual ARV may vary depending on point of departure. Any difference between the actual and ARV will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Who's Eligible:

Open to U.S. and Canadian residents (void in Quebec). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence), and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) to enter the Giveaway and win the Prize. The Giveaway is expressly void in Louisiana, Michigan, Guam, Quebec, Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain Prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win a Prize.

Individuals may not receive more than one Major Prize and more than one Minor Prize (excluding weekly Giveaways) in any One Country Giveaway within the same twelve (12) month period.

How to Enter:

Visit  www.onecountry.com  and/or the One Country mobile application to utilize any of the available methods of entry:

1. Membership.  If you become a One Country member, in addition to receiving your member benefits such as exclusive radio and other media content, you will receive a number of entries each month of your membership. 
2. Merchandise Fee.  You can receive a certain number of entries by purchasing merchandise from the Site, subject to the restrictions in our Refund Policy.
3. Content.  You can receive a certain number of entries by providing certain written or other content to us that we request.
4. Free Alternative Method of Entry.  You can alternatively receive an equal number of entries by using our free mail-in method (the “Free Mail-in”). In order to use the Free Mail-In to gain entries in a Giveaway, you must: (a) go to the applicable Giveaway Page for the Giveaway that you wish to enter; (b) then scroll down to the “Legal Information” section of that Giveaway Page; (c) then click on the “Free Alternative method of entry" link located on the Giveaway Page; and (d) fill out and print the free alternative method of entry form prior to the applicable Giveaway Deadline to Enter, which is set forth on the Giveaway Page. Insert the printed entry form in a standard-sized envelope, including your hand-written return address (including your first and last name) and our mailing address of: 5414 W. Pinnacle Pointe Dr, Suite 100, Rogers, AR 72758 and mail your completed entry using proper postage. Each mail-in entry will receive 300 entries into the specific giveaway described on the form. Each entry form valid for entry into only 1 (one) specific giveaway. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the giveaway’s “Deadline to Enter” as described in this “Legal Information” section and received by close of business 4 (four) days after the “Deadline to Enter.” Each envelope must be mailed individually and bulk shipments will not be accepted and will be destroyed. All mail-in entries must be original with no photocopies or reproductions of any kind will be accepted. To be considered a valid entry, all mail-in entries must include the following: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (d) telephone number; and (e) any other information requested on the Promotion entry form (collectively “Portal Registration Data”). Entrants are permitted to enter using the Free Alternative Method of Entry using the Free Mail-In up to 20 times per month.

Selection Process:

Potential Prize winners (“Winners”) will be chosen through a random selection process conducted by One Country. Once a potential Winner has been notified and responds (see “Winner Notification” below), a verification process will take place during which each potential Winner will be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Statement”) and, where so required, return such Statement within five (5) days following attempted notification. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.  Please see the Official Rules for additional information regarding background checks.

Winner Notification:

All potential Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or via phone at the phone number provided during registration, provided we have received your appropriate consent. In the event that the initially selected potential Winner does not respond to One Country's notification or does not accept the Prize within five (5) calendar days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. Potential Winners residing in Canada (excluding Quebec where the Giveaway is void) will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible for the Prize. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fail(s) to respond as stated above, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the applicable Prize(s) and One Country will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If an alternate winner similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize, One Country will make three (3) attempts to award the Prize to a third alternate, but if it is unable to do so, the Prize will be finally forfeited, and One Country shall have no further liability in connection with awarding the Prizes for this Giveaway.

Trip Details:

Two (2) tickets to Dierks Bentley’s Off The Map Tour in Charleston, SC on July 17, 2026 2026; round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the Event; and one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for Two (2) nights / One (1) days near the Event.  Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of the Prize Provider, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. The Prize Provider reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from concert venue. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. The Prize Provider reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring the Prize Provider into disrepute. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert; no alternate travel dates are available. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. The Prize Provider shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel or hotel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and attending events open to the general public, and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.  The Prize Provider is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. The Prize Provider is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of the Prize Provider. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming event tickets, Winner agrees to the Prize Provider’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled, Winner will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.  Approximate retail value of the Prize is: Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500), depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare and hotel fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period but can be determined by dividing the number of Prizes by the number of valid entries received and multiplying the result by one hundred (100).
