Entering a giveaway is easy. 2. Win
When the giveaway ends, we choose a winner at random. If you’re the winner of the giveaway, we'll contact you with the information you provide and announce you as the winner on onecountry.com and social media about two weeks after the giveaway closes. 3. Give

Is One Country a non-profit organization?
No, we are not. We like to say we are for-profit and for good! We believe for-profit companies also have a responsibility in giving back and that’s what we do.
How do I enter for a chance to win a giveaway?
If you want to experience all of the perks and have the best chance at winning, we encourage you to become a member. See above for all the details on that! The other option is to make a one time payment that gives you a limited number of entries into the selected giveaway. Both of these options are included on each product page. You may also choose to utilize our free Alternate Method of Entry, as found in the "Legal Information" section of each giveaway.
How old do you have to be to enter a giveaway?
You must be 18 years of age to enter any giveaway at One Country.
How do I know if I’m eligible to enter a giveaway?

How is the winner chosen?
Our winners are chosen through a random selection process. Random selection allows each entrant equal probability of winning and completely eliminates bias. Once the winner is selected, that individual is contacted by our team by email and phone (if phone number is provided).
How do I know if I won a giveaway?
Winners will be notified at the email provided upon your giveaway entry shortly after the giveaway entry period closes. They must then agree to accept their prize by the deadline date (to be indicated in our initial contact) and have their eligibility to win confirmed in order to be named an official winner.
How do I update my account information?
Currently, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support team (support@onecountry.com), and they can help you make any needed changes. If you would like full access to all of your entries, current giveaways and winners, and so much more, check out our brand new account experience!
How do I use my entries?
Your entries are automatically entered for you every month! Say you purchased a $15/month membership for 300 entries. You automatically get 300 entries added into every single giveaway, every month. What if the giveaway runs for 3 months? That means you will have 900 entries accumulated by the time we select a winner! Check
How do I make changes to my membership?
If winning isn’t for you (or if you want even more entries), you can reach out to our Customer Support team at support@onecountry.com with your name, email, and the desired modification of your membership. Requests will be completed Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
What is your refund policy on giveaway purchases?
All giveaway purchases are final and non-refundable.

- You must be at least 18 years old to win. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.
- Individuals may not receive more than one major/grand prize and one minor prize within the same 18 month period.
- Membership. If you become a One Country member, in addition to receiving your member benefits such as exclusive radio and other media content, you will receive a number of entries each month of your membership.
- Merchandise Fee. You can receive a certain number of entries by purchasing merchandise from the Site, subject to the restrictions in our Refund Policy.
- Content. You can receive a certain number of entries by providing certain written or other content to us that we request.
- Free Alternative Method of Entry. You can alternatively receive an equal number of entries by using our mail-in method. In order to use the mail-in method to gain entries in a specific giveaway, you must hand-write complete on a 3” x 5” card or paper: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (d) telephone number; (e) date of birth; and (f) description of the giveaway you are entering. Insert the card in a standard-sized envelope, including your hand-written return address (including your first and last name) and our mailing address of: 5414 W. Pinnacle Pointe Dr, Suite 100, Rogers, AR 72758 and mail your completed using proper postage. Each mail-in entry will receive 300 entries into the specific giveaway described on the card. Each card valid for entry into only 1 (one) specific giveaway. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the giveaway’s “Deadline to Enter” as described in the “Legal Information” section and received by close of business 4 (four) days after the “Deadline to Enter.” Each envelope must be mailed individually and bulk shipments will not be accepted and will be destroyed. All mail-in entries must be original with no photocopies or reproductions of any kind will be accepted. To be considered a valid entry, all mail-in entries must include all requested information and format, as stated above.
- Selection Process:
- Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by One Country. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.
