- Two (2) tickets to a Brothers Osborne concert of your choosing taking place between May 18, 2024 through June 29, 2024 as listed at: https://www.brothersosborne.com/pages/tour-dates (concerts subject to change; provided by Q Prime)
- Two (2) “Meet and Greet” passes to meet and Brothers Osborne before the concert chosen above (provided by Q Prime)
- Hotel accommodations for two (2) near the venue of chosen concert (provided by One Country)
- Roundtrip airfare for two (2) from eligible Winner’s nearest home airport to airport nearest venue (provided by One Country)
- Giveaway Start Date: 12:01:01 a.m. CST on April 1, 2024
- Deadline to Enter: 11:59PM CST on April 30, 2024
- Winner Announced: One (1) winner named on or about May 15, 2024
- Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $37,390 ($34,390 for the F-150 and $3,000 for the trip)
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- Who’s Eligible:
- Open to U.S. residents. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age in your jurisdiction of residence), and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, to enter the Giveaway and win the Prize. The Giveaway is expressly void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain Prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. See the Official Rules for more details. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win a Prize.
- Individuals may not receive more than one Major Prize and more than one Minor Prize in any One Country Giveaway within the same twelve (12) month period.
- How to Enter
- Visit www.onecountry.com and/or the One Country mobile application to utilize any of the available methods of entry:
- Membership. If you become a One Country member, in addition to receiving your member benefits such as exclusive radio and other media content, you will receive a number of entries each month of your membership .
- Merchandise/Convenience Fee. You can receive a certain number of entries by purchasing merchandise from the Site, subject to the restrictions in our Refund Policy, or by paying a one-time convenience fee.
- Content. You can receive a certain number of entries by providing certain written or other content to us that we request.
- Free Alternative Method of Entry. You can alternatively receive an equal number of entries by using our Free Entry Portal . In order to use the Free Entry Portal to gain entries in this Giveaway, you must: click on the “Free Alternative method of entry" link located above; and fill out and submit the free alternative method of entry form prior to the Deadline to Enter above. In order to complete the free alternative method of entry registration form on the Site, each Participant must include the following: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing address; (d) telephone number; and (e) any other information requested on the Promotion entry form.
- Selection Process:
- Potential Prize winners (“ Winners ”) will be chosen through a random selection process conducted by One Country. Once a potential Winner has been notified and responds (see “Winner Notification” below), a verification process will take place during which each potential Winner will be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Consent Form (“ Statement ”) and, where so required, return a digital copy of such Statement within two (2) days following attempted notification. One Country may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced. Please see the Official Rules for additional information regarding background checks.

- Winner Notification:
- All potential Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or, provided we have received your appropriate consent, via phone at the phone number provided during registration. In the event that the initially selected potential Winner does not respond to One Country's notification or does not accept the Prize within two (2) days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fail(s) to respond as stated above, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the applicable Prize(s) and One Country will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If an alternate winner similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize within two (2) days of notification, the Prize will be finally forfeited, and One Country shall have no further liability in connection with awarding the Prizes for this Giveaway.
- Trip Details:
- Two (2) reserved tickets and two (2) “meet and greet” passes for a Brothers Osborne concert of a winner’s choosing scheduled to take place between May 18, 2024 through June 29, 2024; round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the airport nearest the venue of the chosen concert; and one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days. Tickets and hotel stay are subject to minimum age restrictions. Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of One Country, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. One Country reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from concert venue. Winner and guest must abide by all airline, hotel, and venue policies. One Country reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or airline, hotel, or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any airline, hotel, or venue policy or law, or may bring One Country into disrepute. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert; no alternate travel dates are available. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. One Country shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel or hotel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and attending events open to the general public, and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. One Country is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. One Country is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of One Country. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming event tickets, you agree to the venue’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
- Odds of Winning:
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Giveaway Period but can be determined by dividing the number of Prizes by the number of valid entries received and multiplying the result by one hundred (100).
- Winner’s List:
- The following information about the confirmed Winner(s) of this Giveaway will be posted both at www.onecountry.com and on the One Country mobile application: Winner’s first name and last initial, city and state of residence.
